Cancellation and refund policy:

Refundable Reservations: Guests may cancel or modify their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Once the reservation is less than 30 days away, guests may cancel, but the amount previously charged will not be refunded.

Non-refundable reservation: The customer is charged at the time of booking and there is no refund if the reservation is cancelled or modified.



Return and refund policy

Depending on the rate policy, if it's nonrefundable, the total amount will be charged at the time of booking, and if it's refundable, your credit card will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
